Our house was an idea of the brothers Wanda, Nando and Guglielmo.
In 1961, they decided to turn their family home into a residence for rental. They worked tirelessly to create and transform the house into 13 apartments. On the ground floor they opened a bar / restaurant with direct access to the beach…
Successful years of emotion and international conferences.
In 1981, the bar / restaurant was behind the residence. A new structure with a large swimming pool was created. In its place three apartments on the sea with large terrace were constructed. The clientele grew fond of us and over the years friendship has taken place for as long as 40 years.
From 2000 onwards, the family spirit continues,thanks to son Emanuele and daughter Alessandra.
We are pleased to keep a pleasant atmosphere for our old and new customers. We always have time for our guests.
