Our residence has 16 apartments with loft studios or two-room apartments designed for 4 people, all with a sea view.. In fact we are close to the beach and from all of our side or front windows you can see and breathe the sea… Some rooms are also equipped with large terraces or balconies with tables and chairs.

The apartments open sea are very bright and comfortable.

You will have direct access to the beach for your peace of mind.

Holiday's Beach welcomes you the whole year for a minimum of 2 nights up until one month or more with our special rates…

Our accommodations are as follows:

•     A room with table and chairs, sideboard and two beds with mattresses on slatted wood for optimal comfort. During the day the beds are transformed into a comfortable sofa.
•     A double room with large wardrobe.
•     A functional kitchen is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator and kitchen utensils (a functional kitchen for 6 persons).
•     A bathroom with bathtub or shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet.
•     You can use the heating, elevator and free parking (one car per apartment).

SERVICES

Available in all residences:

•     Deck chairs
•     A washing machine, an ironing board and iron. Each apartment has ist own stretch linen.
•     Apartments are equipped with television 8only Italian channels). On request we can lend you some

            electric ovens and hairdryer.

•     You can use a quick internet connection (Wi-Fi) from the comfort of your accomodation. In the

            meantime, you can request to use the internet in our office.

•     The accomodation is clean and tidy for the new host. To facilitate this, please leave the apartment in

            order, at the time of departure.
